Problems with my 914

Ok, I'm trying to restore my '75 914 2.0 (Not USA version) but the key won't open the rear boot lid (I think that's the name for it), even when I push or pull on the tumbler while the key is still in there. Is there a way to get around this or do I need to call a locksmith?

Yes the dealer will help you best because if you have in warranty then you should definitely go to dealer because if you try to do it then may be you can waste your warranty.
