Hello friends!

Brand new to the forum here, but not brand new to the boxer engine (I myself am a Subaru enthusiast :]).

I am here because my uncle and I are thinking about selling our family's 1980 911SC.... if the price is right. We have had this car since mile #1 and have been her owner ever since then.

The car is in FANTASTIC condition, both exterior and interior, and the little boxer in the trunk is still splendid.


My problem is I am having a hard time figuring out exactly how much these cars go for. I know the 911SC's are hard to come by, especially ones in such great condition [as ours]... so naturally I would assume they are quite expensive.


However, I am also not very knowledgable dealing with old[er] cars so I don't want to throw numbers out there and either highball potential buyers or lowball myself.


If anyone has experience with this specific model, please let me know! Any help is appreciated
