Default 996 Battery Drain Issues

I have an 02 Targa and it seems like my battery drains after about 2 weeks of sitting. It's ok after one week. Everything checks on the charging system and the battery is only 3 years old. Is there adrain coming from somewhere on that model and should I just hook it up to a trickle charger? thanks

If it is sitting for 2 weeks at a time, you should keep a trickle charger on it.

Trickle charger is a wise investment in peace of mind. However batteries dont last for ever, get some one to check it out. They can usually tell if there is a cell(s) thatsstarting to break down or if the electrolyte is off spec.
