Clicking from steering column

My 2003 C4 has a slight click coming from the steering when turning at slow speeds...such as pulling in and out of parking spaces and occurs mostly when turning left. Any ideas?

Hi Kurtdaniel is most likely spot on. One other thought is the indicator self cancelling cam working properly. If not this can also give a clicking noise.
