Default Tire pressure

Hello, the driver side door has a label saying front tire pressure30 psi, rear tire preasure37 psi, however, the fine print on the side wall of the tires also has a tire pressure, the listed Max pressure on the the side wall of the tire is always much higher than the label on the car. Which one I suppose to follow? Some say I can go a bit higher than the label. Please advice and explain a litte. Thanks.

Default RE: Tire pressure

The max pressure listed on the tire is a warning not to exceed that, not a recommended pressure. I run the factory recommended pressures all around on my Porsche.
