First Step
Hi:
I've been a BMW person for awhile, but after selling my '88 M5 recently and my stable of E36 M3's my wife said I can get something new. New BMW's don't do it for me although I've noticed that 911's have remained true to their original intent as they continue to evolve.
So, a "911" lightbulb went off in my head and here I am. My daily driver is an '09 VW Jetta TDI and there's an empty space in my garage. Would maybe a new 911 be a treat to behold or might a used one be the way to go? If new it won't be happening anytime in the near future, but if old what year/model might be the best of the best? I'm not shy about something fairly old as long as it's in extremely good mechanical shape.
While we're at it, is there a tremendous independent mechanic in the Philly/Bucks County, PA area?
Thanks.
