Hello everyone! Just joined and am in the process of researching/buying an 05 911 Turbo. I have many questions and am hoping I can gather good info here prior to making a decision on which car to buy. Going with an 05 based on current prices and my budget. I currently own an 06 BMW X5, a 96 318 ic, 01 Chev S-10, 67 Chevelle SS, a 62 Studebaker pick-up & it's now time for a good sports car. I live in far Northern Wisconsin near Lake Superior and we are snow free from early May through mid October so this'll be a car I can drive for about 6 months out of the year. I actually had to scrape ice off my windshield one morning 3 weeks ago! Not sure if I want a convertible or not and I'd maybe prefer a car with performance upgrades as I want to do this anyway. I was in Stuttgart last weekend, toured the Porsche museum and am eager to experience this car. I look forward to learning lots from you all and thanks in advance for the help you can give me.
