Started Shopping Today. What year 911?

Default Started Shopping Today. What year 911?
I started a search for a pre-owned 911. It will be the second 911 that I have owned. I am considering 1999-2002. I heard that the changes in 2002 were significant and worthing paying the extra $$ for. Price does matter, so I'd like to know what others think.
