Default '85 911 Carrera Coupe...might buy...

I have the opportunity of picking up an '85 911 Carrera hardtopfor VERY cheap. The car has been sitting/not runsince '99. Overall, the body is very solid. Only minor rust can be found. The floors, rockers, etc are all mint. The car is 100% complete. Odometer reads about 190k. Like any resoration, I'm sure there's a lot to be uncovered that has to be done. But, is there anything specific on this car I should look out for body, suspension or electrical wise? The engine spins freely, so at least I'm not looking at a huge paper weight. I'm pretty certain I can get it running (after an oil change, flush the fuel system, etc). Brakes are simple, and it will get all new rotors, pads, rubber lines, master cyl, and rebuild calipers. Also, a car like this, say it was running, on average what do you guys think it might be worth?
