First of all let me congratulate you all for this excellent forum, I am impressed with the amount of information provided here.

My name is Guilherme (difficult name I know) and I am from Brazil. Unfortunately I do not own a Porsche but a friend of mine works at Porsche GT3 Cup (a Brazilian racing category which races with Porsche 911) and after starting to follow it I became really impressed and started to enjoy Porsches a lot.

As this is the best forum related to Porsches that I have seen so far I would like to ask you a question: the birthday of this friend is coming and I would like to give her a really nice book about Porsche. Researching into this forum I saw that some people recommended the book Excellence Was Expected but its price surpasses my budget, which is around 40 dollars, so what book would you recommend me to give to her?

It can be either a complete book explaing Porsche's history, etc or something more focused on Porsche 911, what I am looking for is a book with really interesting information about Porsche.
