Default CIS,EFI or Carburetors?????

G'day all, I have a 1980 911SC with engine model number 930/9 (188hp). It is Standard with CIS fuel injection. I'm not a huge fan of the CIS and was considering changing to either Webbers or EFI from a 3.2ltr. Are these relatively easy conversions? Would the camshafts need to be changed? If I was to fit Webbers what choke diameter would be best suited (40mm/42mm)? If I purchased a complete EFI unit from a 3.2ltr, including computer, would it be a bolt on and wire up process? What sort of power gains would be achieved with either conversion? Any info would be great. Cheers.

If you think CIS is a pain, wait till you try and keep a 6 pack of weber carbs tuned. EFI conversion is an extremely length process, and will not just bolt on from a 3.2L. You are better off just doing the entire 3.2L engine conversion.
