Default I need help identifying this 911

I have always wanted a 911, they're just the coolest. When I was a teenager, there was a early 70's 911 with a wide-body kit on it. It was sitting there rotting and I tried to buy it every summer from the time I was 14 until the time I left for college, the guy said he couldn't part with it. Eventually he moved away and took it with him. Tonight I was browsing eBay and I found this 1970 911 that is located in Japan. It appears to be the same year with the same wide body kit on it. Was this a factory option or is it an aftermarket conversion?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is my dream car and it's only the second one I've ever seen. I don't want to buy one in this condition (race modified and out of the country,) so if anyone can tell me what it is I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

Noah
