Default Stiff windows....HELP

I have a 1971 911 and the manual windows are really hard to roll up and down[:@]. I was wondering if their was a way to make them easier to move. Any help would be great...thanks

Two things to start off with, having just dealt with one of these. Use a quality spray silicone to lube the rubber window run channels and use a spray grease like Wurth HHS2000 on the regulator gears and pivot/slide points. You may have to remove your door panels to do that last part, but it will make a difference! A note on the spray grease;it sprays on light like WD but as it's solvent evaporates it turns into a sticky grease(good stuff!). You may find that replacing the run channels will be necessary if the silicone is not sufficient. One more note; DO NOT get spray grease on glass, it takes brake cleaner to remove and it fouls up the scraper seals. Hope that's useful.
