Default WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT PROBLEMS O.E.M.

HI THERE PORSCHE NUTS... BIG QUESTION (I HAVE FOR U....... I TOOK MY 88 TARGA TO GLASS SHOP..TO CHANGE THE RUBBERS ON THE FRONT AND BACK GLASS... WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR TODAY.... THE WINSHEILD THAT IS ON IT IN IMMACULATE SHAPE (LIKE new) ... I REMEMBER THAT MY WINDSHIELD HAD MINOR CHIPS AND SCUFFS ON IT. MY QUESTION IS THAT ALL MY GLASS SAY SECURIT ON IT. BUT.... MY WINDSHEILD IS MADE BY SOME COMPANY NAMED SGLR.... DOES ANYONE KNOW IF SGLR IS AN ORIGINAL WINDSHIELD???? AM I GOING CRAZY ...PLEASE HELP ME...CAUSE I FEEL I AM SURE THAT THIS IS NOT THE ONE I TOOK TO THE SHOP ...

Lol, not sure, but not uncommon for glass companies to crack a windshield upon removal on the older 911's. If they didn't cut the seal properly, and tried to force it out.....crack.
