86 928s will turn over but won't start
I have just recently purchased this 86 928s. Only 51k mileage. Needs some work though. It sat for a couple of years. Paint and interior have sun damage. I test drove it ran wonderfully. A couple days ago I went to move it and it wouldn't start. Just turns over. Did some reading and found out about the alarm reset sequence. Tried it and it started right up. So today I had an appointment to get new tires and alignment. I go to start it and it will again only turn over. Familiar to the last time, I try the sequence again and no start. Ive spent two hours with it now and no results. I've disconnected the battery and let it sit a few times as well. The sequence I'm using is lock driver door, unlock driver door, lock passenger door, unlock passenger door, then open hatch and close hatch. I've even changed up the sequence. Please help. This is frustrating. I'm not sure where to start.

All I have to do with my 944 S2 is get out and lock / unlock it with the key...then the car will start, no prob's. I must also add, that I would only ever have to do this when I locked the car and left the windows/sunroof open and upon return accidently disturbed the movement sensor.
