Seriously, who are those made for? Double above the knee, anorexic, little people?? My dog wouldn't fit in those. It would have been cleaner and easier to just forego any attempt at a backseat

Fortunately, I don't have any of those. I have discovered it's just about perfect size for my gym bag.

People were a lot smaller back then.

I agree. Porsche could have taken a lesson from American Motors and gone the route of the AMX. Either that, or they could have provided a nice set of fitted luggage with the car. That would have stepped things up a notch or two.

Kids do fit well in the back seat, but in Canada we have tighter baby seat requirements. That makes things alot tighter. It was the only way I could justify the cars existance was to make it a fun 4 person vehicle. I have, and the kids love "the little red car" (and so do I).

Yeah seriously, what's up with the back seats? I guess they put them in just for the sake of saying it has four seats (even though the back seats can barely be called seats). For the most part its not a problem cause I don't use the back seats that often except for a backpack or the like, however I have before fit 4 other people in the car, I would not recommend it, but it can be done if absolutely necessary...

The way it was told to me is that having rear seats (or something that passes for such) makes the car a 2+2 which makes the insurance companies happy. Provided that is the real reason, it definetely explains all the 2+2s out there with those silly, pretend seats.
