Default Door Locks

Guys,
What would cause my central locking system to not work? When I push the center mounted lock switch, it lights up and I hear a noise from each door, but the doors do not lock. I have to manually lock and unlock each door. Please advise, I'm thinking it's the actuators.

There is a plastic arm attached to each actuator that is what moves the door locks. If you hear the soleniods in each door, the electrial part may be OK, you may want to take off the door panel on the passenger side, hit the switch, see if the plastic armis good and if the actuator extends and pulls in when the switch is hit.
