Found: 1987 944 Turbo
I have been a Porsche owner for about 6 years now, with my current car being a 1971 914. I just found an immaculate example of my next Porsche interest, a 944 Turbo. The seller has all service records on hand, it has been garage kept, has relatively low mileage (a little more than 78k), but the only problem I have with it is his asking price for it. My Cars That Matter Price Guide has this vehicle, in #1 condition, at $13,650 and CPI puts this car at $14,700. He is asking $17,500 for his car, and while it is in great shape, it is an old car and I see no reason why he is asking almost $4,000 over both of these price guides. At the most, I think the car is worth what Cars That Matter puts it at. Any ideas? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Without even seeing the car, he is WAY high on price. I have some cars local to me that are absolutely original, with similar miles, and are in very nice shape, and they are high with a 13.5 asking price.
There isn't much in the way of a 944 Turbo above a 11k asking price with the excepetion of a nice Turbo S.
