Thanks cmilam, love to help anyone who is needing honest advice. I hate to see people hurt by shady dealers. If I could I would change the rules with regards to 'full disclosure' when setting out government guidelines for licenced auto dealers. Unfortunately the rules and regulations currently enacted(or lack thereof) provide the dealer too many loopholes relieving them ofaccountability, and that allows massive (yet legal) rip-offs to occurby the thousands in used car dealerships across North America on a daily basis.
