porsche 944 problems

porsche 944 problems
just picked up a 88 944
some problems with it:
passenger door stays locked. can't unlock it.
ebrak doesn't work.
rear passenger brake light doesn't work.
was told that these are common problems, but not too sure.
easy fixes? any feed back is helpful.
