1997 boxster wont start! help!
Hey so my 1997 boxster won't start. It is in very good condition with only 54,000 miles. The car has been sitting for a few weeks. I had to charge the battery to get the dash lights to come on but for some reason the car will not turn over. The radio, lights, ac, and all the dash lights work but when i try to start the car... no response. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
thanks

I have seen batteries that were so dead, you could not jump start them or start them after charging. You very well may need a new battery.
Has the car been sitting outside in the rain at all? If the roof drains are clogged, your driver's side floor could have gotten wet and hosed the alarm immobilizer under the seat.
