I have a 2003 Boxster and the drivers side power seat has stopped working. The passenger side seat still works.

Does anyone know if these seats operate on seperate fuses?

Or perhaps is there a common faulty electrical connection leading to the seat?

I replaced the fuse which was clearly blown after inspection however the seat is still not functioning.

Anyone else had this problem?

 

Have you check the connection of the wire? Last year, my wife put something underneath the chair and knock the wire loose, when I took it to the dealer, they just secure it, then it works.

 

yes i have had the same problem. First i checked the fuses. Also a good think to check would be to see if the connection that plugs in to the seat has come un done. if that doesn't work see if the plug is receiving power by using an ohm meter. Available
at any hardware store.
