P0733 is a Gear sel. monitor error for what I believe is 3rd gear. P0740 is a Solenoid valve torque converter clutch. I would get it to the dealer, as i believe this is going to be an extensive repair. My experience with Tiptronic repair is very limited.

Well, they use a pump tool to put the fluid in the transaxle, I've never had to add any to a tip. If there hasn't been a leak, it shouldn't need any fluid.

if there is not fluid in the tranny, will it send all those codes? whenever the car stopped, saw lots of fluid so i think it might need some fluid, can you give any suggestions on how to remove the tranxale. thanks.

You need to drop the exhaust off the car, support the engine, then you can unbolt the tranny. IIRC book time is around 10 hours to R&R the tranny.
