2007 Porsche Cayenne review
Here's an exclusive review on the 2007 Porsche Cayenne, with details on the design and performance, as well as safety and other features. Also included is a photo gallery with the SUV.
"The Cayenne is starting a new chapter in its success story: four years after the model's launch, Porsche is presenting the second generation of its sporty SUV. The new, attractively designed Cayenne, Cayenne S and Cayenne Turbo models have been given more powerful, direct gasoline injection engines. These are known at Porsche as Direct Fuel Injection (DFI), and they lower the fuel consumption of individual models by over eight percent (NEDC). In real driving conditions, savings of up to 15 percent are possible. The new Cayenne will be in Porsche showrooms from February 24, 2007."

RE: 2007 Porsche Cayenne review
Service is really an issue with Porsche. They treat customers like they own
a VW-Skoda. No wonder, Lexus and Infiniti is running circles around
Porsche and MB.
Porsche customers are happy as long everything is okay with their car. If
something with this car does not work or you need service, the service I
have received in CA has far less than reasonably expected from a high-
level brand. Why spend over $100K and be treat like you bought a Kia?
I bought this car for supposedly superior engineering. Unfortunately the
Customer Service where I am located is has a long way to go to fit the
claims and images of high level make.

Hey everyone !
So i heard about customer complaints. The question right now is to know if it concerns every dealership...
And another question i ask myself and it is: Do we buy cars for the service we will suffer once every now and then, or do we buy a car for the extreme pleasure we get the rest of the time we spend out of the showroom? And with my porsche i can say that never did i have any issues with the customer service, and never the thought of paying so much for the car bothered me. I mean porsche is one car in my garage that i will never be afraid of pushing as much has i can whereas my 06' skyline scares me everytime.
Today of all the cars i tried, i would say that if you are the kind of person to enjoy insane driving with a safe car that you know is capable of taking so much than go for the porsche, but if you want a car with an aparently good customer service like Kia that will break in your hands before you can finish pronoucing Kia (since you have to visit them so often, it's probably why they give you good customer service) ...
I am sorry guys but i dont see how you can compare those cars... It's just like saying that the hot dog the guy in street gives you is better because of his customer service than the 5 stats restaurant....
Peace _

RE: 2007 Porsche Cayenne review
This is apparently a large disconnection between the quality of Porsche
cars and service in certain dealerships/areas of service. Apparently those
in love with their cars are blind to service issues and probably not the
most objective source.
They have been reported strong profits due to Cayenne, should they not
ensure their service is on par with their brand and at least with the competition.
Otherwise, they suffer the same fate as Dell. Once the #1, now #3. Even HP
is better.
