cayenne s radio problems

cayenne s radio problems
hi everyone,
anyone ran into problems with their cayenne s radio? for exampl: i am on one preset station and then as if a ghost changed the channel, the radio jumps to another channel that i dont have pre-set????? the traffic program is not selected so it is not a case where it is programmed to grab the best receptioon channel.......if anyone experienced something similar and can help troubleshoot this, please let me know.
