Hello, my name is Nathan and I have a 2001 Porsche Boxster (non-S) 986 Metallic Blue stick shift for sale.
It runs, but needs work. Could either be a repair car, or a parts car, upto the next owner.
I hit a dip in the road at high speed, became air-borne and landed hard on the asphalt. I didn't collide with anything, and the body still looks great, but the radiators and water pump went out on the landing. I had Hohen Porsche (San Diego dealer) replace the radiators with dealer parts (have documentation) but I can't afford to finish repairing the car.
Engine, AC, electronics, speakers, transmission, soft top all work perfectly. Low mileage.
If anyone wants a parts or repair car, I have the perfect one for you.
The forum rules insist that I put a price on the car, but I honestly have NO IDEA about the value of the vehicle, but I think my insurance company said it was worth appx. $5,000 in current condition, so I will put a price tag of $4,000 on it, but am open to offers.
Picture is of the car when I bought it a couple years ago.
